Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://landscapecompanyweston.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Lang Design & Management reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Services. Lang Design & Management provides Lawn Maintenance, Mulch Installation, Rock Landscaping, Snow Removal, Drainage Solutions, Patio Installation and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. Lang Design & Management (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Lang Design & Management makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Lang Design & Management's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lang Design & Management from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under WI law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in WI for any related dispute.
Term Changes. Lang Design & Management may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
